Description & Sizing

Very good condition. Club crest is an embroidered patch, stitched onto shirt. Club sponsor, lotto logo and name/number are flock and heat applied. Some wear to flock on club sponsor. Various small bobbles across shirt. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

The shirt was worn in a somewhat disappointing campaign by the Rossoneri's usual standards in a season that saw Oscar Tabarez sacked in December and be replaced with Arrigo Sacchi for his second stint in charge.

Unfortunately, the highly decorated coach couldn't rescue the season and the star studded squad, which featured the likes of Baggio, Boban, Weah and Davids, finish in 11th in Serie A and got eliminated from the Champions league in the group stages.

“The Greatest Squad of all Time”

The sheer talent that AC Milan possessed during the early 2000s was nothing short of mind-boggling. Boasting a plethora of legends like the stalwart Paolo Maldini, defensive maestro Alessandro Nesta, and goal-scoring phenom Andriy Shevchenko, the Rossoneri also showcased a star-studded lineup featuring Cafu, Clarence Seedorf, Gennaro Gattuso, Kaka, and Filippo Inzaghi. Oh, and let’s not forget Jaap Stam, Alessandro Costacurta, and Hernan Crespo too. It's no wonder that this squad remains a perennial favourite among football aficionados.
