I haven't received an order confirmation email

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, then please
double-check the information you used when submitting the order.

If there is an order number showing in your account then this order would have been submitted correctly, however, if you have any further issues with this then please us at info@thesoccerarchive.com and we can investigate this further for you.

My order is showing to have been delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your order from us. To begin with, we recommend double-checking your tracking information to see if
this has been left by the driver at a neighbour’s address or a nominated safe place around the property. It may have also been taken to a pick-up shop to collect. This information will be available via the tracking website for the courier that delivered your parcel.

If after checking this information you can still not locate your parcel, then please contact our customer service team at info@thesoccerarchive.com. We will need your order number and tracking number so our internal team can begin investigating this with the courier.

I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?

My shipment notification is missing items

Occasionally, we may not be able to fulfil your order as some items are out of stock. If you've received a shipment notification and some items are missing, this may be why and we're extremely sorry for any disappointment caused.

You will receive an email confirming the refund within 48 hours of your order being shipped and the funds will arrive back on your original payment within 3-5 working days.

My order has arrived and some items are missing

We're sorry to hear you've received your order and it is missing an item. Please contact our customer service team at info@thesoccerarchive.com with your order number and the name of the item that is missing from your order. We may also need to see images of the packaging your order was sent in.

I've received the wrong item in my order, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear you've received the wrong item in your order. Please contact our customer service team at info@thesoccerarchive.com with your order number and the name of the item that you have received. We will also need to see an image of the item with its original label attached.

I've received an item in my order that is damaged, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear you've received a damaged item in your order. Please contact our customer service team at info@thesoccerarchive.com with your order number and the name of the item that has arrived damaged. We will also need to see clear images of the damage on the item and the original label attached.

Delivery

I have not received my order

If you have not received your order, please check the following:

  • Check you have received a dispatch confirmation email from us.
  • Check the tracking link via your dispatch confirmation email to view the most up-to-date information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
  • Sign in and check your account on our website to check that your delivery address and contact details are correct.
  • Check for text messages, emails and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local delivery depot or you may need to re-arrange delivery.
  • Check no one else residing at your address has taken receipt of your parcel.

If you still can't locate your parcel then please contact our Customer Services team at info@thesoccerarchive.com and we will investigate this further for you.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to ship orders so they arrive to you within the estimated delivery times we have displayed. All orders are shipped from our warehouses based within the UK.

Once your order ships, you will be sent a tracking number via email.

Some delivery times can be affected by external factors which are out of our control. If we become aware of any issues with delivery then we will endeavour to update estimated delivery times accordingly.

Do you deliver to my country and how much does it cost?

We deliver to almost all countries worldwide. To see the cost of delivery, please proceed to checkout and insert your full address.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you have not yet received a dispatch notification email, please email us with your order number at info@thesoccerarchive.com with the new delivery address.

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to recall the package.

What couriers do you use for delivery?

We use all major carriers and the exact one for your order will depend on your location. You can select a delivery method at checkout.

We reserve the right to use discretion in circumstances where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

Returns

How do I return my order and receive a refund?

All returned items must be in the original, resalable condition, unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

Please contact our Customer Service team at info@thesoccerarchive.com with your order number and request to return. We will send you a Returns Form to complete and include in your return parcel.

Returns must be received within 14 days from receipt and be sent with a tracked postal/courier service. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and secured so they are not damaged in transit on the way back to us.

Once received at our warehouse, we aim to have returns processed within 3-5 working. During sale periods these times can be slightly longer than normal, and we will aim to provide a new estimated turnaround time.

We do not send notifications once a parcel has arrived back at our warehouse, however, once your parcel has been processed by our returns team, you will receive an email to confirm this.

Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. This is dependent on your bank.

We also accept the return of sale items, please just follow our normal returns procedure for these.

Sizing Information

We provide sizing information on each individual product page. Please be aware that size and fit can vary amongst brands.

Are all of your products authentic?

All of our products are 100% authentic. Our team have a combined total of over 30 years in the industry and we pride ourselves on knowing which products are authentic.

All our Vault products are sourced from licenced stockists to ensure authenticity.

Will you be getting more stock?

We aim to release products on a daily basis and you can view these on our New Products page.

Technical Support

I can't place my order, what should I do?

If you can’t place an order due to an error message, then we would recommend making sure the details you have entered are correct, this includes:

  • The card details
  • The billing address for the card
  • The security code (CVV) on the back of your card.

If you have checked all these and you are still having issues then it may be your bank stopping this from going through. We would recommend contacting them directly for more information.

If you have received an error message, then please email us at info@thesoccerarchive.com with either the name or a screenshot of the error and they will be able to provide you with more information.

Why can't I add an item to my cart?

If you can’t add an item to your cart, this product may have already sold out. This could be down to the limited nature of the item, or the fact that it was a return that has been added back to stock. To avoid a potential oversell of an item, we will stop this from being added to customers’ carts.

How can I delete my account?

We are very sorry to hear you wish to delete your account with us. Please contact a member of our Customer Service team at info@thesoccerarchive.com and they will have this organised for you.

How to unsubscribe from the newsletter

We endeavour to make our unsubscribe process as clear and as transparent as possible.

Adhering to industry-wide best practices, we include an unsubscribe link to the footer (bottom) of all of our email campaigns, which allows you to opt-out of any further promotional campaigns sent by The Soccer Archive.

Clicking the unsubscribe link will take you to a secure webpage, which will allow you to opt-out of any future promotional campaign. You will then be notified via the proceeding webpage that your opt-out was successful.
