We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day, although this may vary from time to time. Please note, we will email you if there are going to be any significant delays.

CUSTOMS, TAX & DUTIES

We operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. You may be charged import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the particular country. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches the destination country.
The recipient is responsible for any additional charges that occur as a result of customs clearance;
we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Customs policies vary from country to country and it is advisable to contact your local customs office for further information.
If customs and duty charges are not paid and your package is returned to sender, The Soccer Archive retains the right to collect any additional charges from your refund once the package has been returned to us.

Returns

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER AND RECEIVE A REFUND?

All returned items must be in the original, resalable condition, unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

Please contact our Customer Service team at info@thesoccerarchive.com with your order number and request to return. We will send you a Returns Form to complete and include in your return parcel.

Returns must be received within 14 days from receipt and be sent with a tracked postal/courier service. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and secured so they are not damaged in transit on the way back to us.

Once received at our warehouse, we aim to have returns processed within 3-5 working. During sale periods these times can be slightly longer than normal, and we will aim to provide a new estimated turnaround time.

We do not send notifications once a parcel has arrived back at our warehouse, however, once your parcel has been processed by our returns team, you will receive an email to confirm this.

Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. This is dependent on your bank.

We also accept the return of sale items, please just follow our normal returns procedure for these.
