Excellent condition. Club crest and Nike logo are embroidered. Name/number and sponsor are PolyFlex and heat applied. No pulls or bobbles. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.
Worn across the 2007/08 and 2008/09 campaigns, this blue Nike away shirt was initially introduced as Barcelona's away design before becoming the club's third shirt the following season, spanning two contrasting campaigns and a significant period of transition.
The 2007/08 season marked Frank Rijkaard's final campaign as Barcelona manager, with the club finishing third in La Liga behind Real Madrid and Villarreal. Despite a squad featuring Ronaldinho, Lionel Messi, Samuel Eto'o, Thierry Henry, Xavi and Andrés Iniesta, Barcelona ended the season without silverware.
In the UEFA Champions League, Barça progressed to the semi-finals before being eliminated by eventual winners Manchester United following a 1–0 aggregate defeat. Paul Scholes scored the decisive goal in the second leg at Old Trafford, bringing Barcelona's European campaign to an end.
Rijkaard subsequently departed after five seasons in charge, with former Barcelona captain and Barcelona B manager Pep Guardiola appointed as his successor.
The 2008/09 campaign marked the beginning of a new era at Camp Nou. Under Guardiola, Barcelona secured their first treble in club history, becoming the first Spanish team to win La Liga, the Copa del Rey and the UEFA Champions League in the same season.
Barcelona won La Liga with a then club-record 87 points, scoring 105 league goals and finishing nine points ahead of Real Madrid. Messi led the club's scoring charts with 38 goals in all competitions, while Eto'o contributed 36 and Henry added 26 as the attacking trio played an influential role throughout the campaign.
In the Copa del Rey final, Barcelona defeated Athletic Club 4–1, with goals from Yaya Touré, Messi, Bojan Krkić and Xavi securing the trophy.
Barça subsequently faced Manchester United in the UEFA Champions League final in Rome, where goals from Eto'o and Messi secured a 2–0 victory and completed the historic treble.
Featuring a blue Nike design with contrasting darker blue detailing and the UNICEF logo, the 2007–09 away shirt represents a remarkable period in Barcelona's history, from Rijkaard's departure to Guardiola's first season and the club's unprecedented treble.

Condition
Each item is individually inspected and graded by our team to ensure an accurate representation of its condition.
Every item at The Soccer Archive is individually assessed and graded on our condition scale out of 10. This rating takes into account the overall quality of the fabric, print, badges and any natural signs of wear that come with age.
Most pieces we sell are vintage or pre-owned, meaning small signs of age can be part of their character.
Our condition guide
10/10 - Brand New with Tags
Outstanding condition with no noticeable flaws. Tags may or may not be present, but the item shows little to no sign of wear.
9/10 - Mint
Very strong vintage condition. May show the lightest signs of storage or previous wear, but nothing that distracts from the item overall.
8/10 - Excellent
A well-kept piece with minor signs of age or use. This could include light bobbling, slight fading or very small marks, but it still presents really well.
7/10 - Very Good
Noticeable wear consistent with age. This may include moderate fading, small pulls, bobbling, minor cracking to print or a small mark.
6/10 and below - Good with Noticeable Signs of Wear
More obvious signs of wear or ageing. This might include heavier fading, marks, pulls, print wear or repairs.
Any notable flaws will always be highlighted in the product description and imagery.
