Match worn Maribor home shirt, worn by Peter Breznik as part of a 1998/99 Champions League qualifying round fixture between Maribor and PSV Eindhoven on 12th August 1998 in Maribor, Slovenia. The defender started on the bench before being brought on in the 82nd minute, just 2 minutes later he scored the winner as Maribor won the first leg 2-1.

This version of the shirt has the player issue features which differ from the replica versions, including embroidered team crest, machine stitched front sponsor and correct sized player name and number. Shirt does have repaired neckline and loose stitching to collar on right shoulder.
