Very good condition. Player number is printed. Few small pulls and bobbles to lower front. Signs of match wear and obtained from former official. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

After winning their domestic league the previous season, Skonto participated in the qualifying rounds of the 1996/97 UEFA Cup. They were unable to make any progress in the competition, losing 4–1 on aggregate in the first qualifying round.

The shirt comes with a COA from a former Skonto Riga official.
