Manchester United finished the 2015/16 campaign with FA Cup success under Louis van Gaal, securing their first major trophy since Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement in 2013.
The campaign represented Van Gaal's second and final season at Old Trafford, as United looked to improve upon their fourth-place Premier League finish the previous year.
The squad underwent significant changes during the summer, with Anthony Martial arriving from Monaco alongside Memphis Depay, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Morgan Schneiderlin and Matteo Darmian.
Despite possessing considerable individual quality, United struggled to establish consistent form in the Premier League. The Red Devils finished fifth with 66 points, level with Manchester City but missing out on fourth place due to their inferior goal difference.
Martial enjoyed a promising debut campaign, finishing as the club's leading scorer with 17 goals in all competitions. His performances provided an important attacking contribution during a season in which United often struggled to convert possession into goals.
Another highlight was the emergence of Marcus Rashford, who scored twice on his senior debut against Midtjylland in the Europa League before repeating the achievement against Arsenal on his Premier League debut.
United's European campaign began in the Champions League, where they finished third in their group behind Wolfsburg and PSV Eindhoven. Their subsequent Europa League run ended against Liverpool in the Round of 16 following a 3–1 aggregate defeat.
The club's greatest success came in the FA Cup. Having progressed to the final against Crystal Palace, United recovered from a goal down to secure a 2–1 victory after extra time, with Juan Mata and Jesse Lingard scoring the decisive goals.
The triumph delivered United's 12th FA Cup, although Van Gaal departed shortly afterwards and was replaced by José Mourinho.
Produced by adidas, the 2015/16 away shirt featured a predominantly white design with red detailing and the Chevrolet sponsor, drawing inspiration from Manchester United's traditional change colours. Released during the first season of the club's renewed adidas partnership, it represents United's FA Cup-winning campaign and the emergence of Rashford.

Condition
Each item is individually inspected and graded by our team to ensure an accurate representation of its condition.
Every item at The Soccer Archive is individually assessed and graded on our condition scale out of 10. This rating takes into account the overall quality of the fabric, print, badges and any natural signs of wear that come with age.
Most pieces we sell are vintage or pre-owned, meaning small signs of age can be part of their character.
Our condition guide
10/10 - Brand New with Tags
Outstanding condition with no noticeable flaws. Tags may or may not be present, but the item shows little to no sign of wear.
9/10 - Mint
Very strong vintage condition. May show the lightest signs of storage or previous wear, but nothing that distracts from the item overall.
8/10 - Excellent
A well-kept piece with minor signs of age or use. This could include light bobbling, slight fading or very small marks, but it still presents really well.
7/10 - Very Good
Noticeable wear consistent with age. This may include moderate fading, small pulls, bobbling, minor cracking to print or a small mark.
6/10 and below - Good with Noticeable Signs of Wear
More obvious signs of wear or ageing. This might include heavier fading, marks, pulls, print wear or repairs.
Any notable flaws will always be highlighted in the product description and imagery.

Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place

Protecting prints, badges and sponsor logos
- Do not iron directly over prints, namesets, patches or sponsor logos
