A 94th minute winner on the final day of the season, scored by Sergio Agüero, saw the Argentinian wheel away to the now iconic cry of Aguerooooo from Sky commentator Martin Tyler. The goal saw the Citizens climb above their city rivals on goal difference to clinch the title.
