Everton endured a challenging 2021/22 campaign, finishing 16th in the Premier League after a season marked by managerial changes and a battle to avoid relegation.
The Toffees began the campaign under Rafael Benítez, who had replaced Carlo Ancelotti during the summer. Despite a promising start, results deteriorated, and Benítez departed in January 2022.
Frank Lampard was appointed as his successor, inheriting a squad featuring Richarlison, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Anthony Gordon, Demarai Gray, Abdoulaye Doucouré and goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.
Everton struggled for consistency throughout the campaign, particularly away from Goodison Park, leaving their Premier League status uncertain heading into the final weeks of the season. A memorable 1–0 victory over Manchester United in April, secured through a deflected Anthony Gordon goal, provided an important boost to their survival hopes.
The decisive moment came against Crystal Palace at Goodison Park in May. Trailing 2–0 at half-time, Everton produced a remarkable comeback through goals from Michael Keane, Richarlison and Calvert-Lewin to secure a 3–2 victory and confirm their Premier League survival with a match remaining.
The Toffees ultimately finished 16th with 39 points, while Richarlison ended the campaign as the club's leading scorer with 11 goals across all competitions. Despite the difficulties, the season featured memorable moments at Goodison Park, particularly the victory over Crystal Palace that secured Everton's place in the Premier League.
Produced by hummel, the 2021/22 third goalkeeper shirt formed part of Everton's alternative goalkeeper kit collection. It represents a memorable season in which the Toffees secured their Premier League survival.

More obvious signs of wear or ageing. This might include heavier fading, marks, pulls, print wear or repairs.
