Excellent condition. Club crest and small Umbro logo is embroidered whilst larger Umbro logo is flock and embossed. No pulls or bobbles. Colours and sublimated pattern are excellent.
1997/98 saw Celtic finally win the SPL title to stop their Old Firm rivals quest for 10 league championships in a row. They also won the Scottish League Cup to clinch the double. Despite the success, Wim Jansen resigned less than 48 hours after the title was secured as he was unable to work with general manager Jock Brown
Jozef Vengloš was named as his replacement but could only manage to finish as runners-up in 1998/99 also losing in the Scottish Cup final. At the end of the season, Vengloš left to take up a new position as a European technical adviser and as a scout for the club.
