Worn across the 2004/05 and 2005/06 campaigns, initially as Arsenal's away shirt before becoming their third shirt, this Nike design featured during a memorable period under Arsène Wenger, including an FA Cup triumph and the club's first UEFA Champions League final appearance.
Arsenal entered the 2004/05 campaign as reigning Premier League champions following their historic unbeaten season. The Gunners began by extending their remarkable unbeaten league run to 49 matches, surpassing Nottingham Forest's previous English top-flight record, before the sequence ended with a 2–0 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford in October 2004.
Despite remaining competitive throughout the campaign, Arsenal ultimately finished second in the Premier League with 83 points, twelve behind champions Chelsea. Thierry Henry continued his exceptional goalscoring form, scoring 25 league goals to secure another Golden Boot and finishing with 30 goals in all competitions.
Arsenal also reached the Champions League Round of 16, where they were eliminated by Bayern Munich following a 3–2 aggregate defeat. The Gunners enjoyed greater success in the FA Cup, reaching the final against Manchester United at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
Following a goalless draw after extra time, Arsenal secured victory through a penalty shootout, with captain Patrick Vieira converting the decisive spot kick in what proved to be his final competitive appearance for the club. The triumph delivered Arsenal's tenth FA Cup and ensured the club ended the season with major silverware.
The following campaign marked Arsenal's final season at Highbury, bringing an end to 93 years at their historic North London home. Vieira departed for Juventus during the summer of 2005, with Henry assuming the captaincy of a squad featuring Dennis Bergkamp, Robert Pirès, Freddie Ljungberg, Cesc Fàbregas and Robin van Persie.
Arsenal finished fourth in the 2005/06 Premier League with 67 points, securing Champions League qualification on the final day following a memorable 4–2 victory over Wigan Athletic. Henry scored a hat-trick in the final competitive match at Highbury, providing a fitting conclusion to the club's time at the stadium.
The campaign's greatest achievement came in the Champions League, where Arsenal eliminated Real Madrid, Juventus and Villarreal to reach the final for the first time in their history. Their European run included a competition-record ten consecutive clean sheets, highlighting the defensive resilience of Wenger's side.
Facing Barcelona at the Stade de France in Paris, Arsenal were reduced to ten men following Jens Lehmann's first-half dismissal. Despite taking the lead through Sol Campbell, the Gunners eventually suffered a 2–1 defeat following late goals from Samuel Eto'o and Juliano Belletti.
Produced by Nike, the 2004/05 away and 2005/06 third shirt featured a predominantly blue design with contrasting yellow and red detailing, alongside the O2 sponsor. Part of Nike's Total 90 collection, the shirt was associated with Arsenal's FA Cup-winning campaign, their historic Champions League final appearance and the closing years of the Highbury era.

Condition
Each item is individually inspected and graded by our team to ensure an accurate representation of its condition.
Every item at The Soccer Archive is individually assessed and graded on our condition scale out of 10. This rating takes into account the overall quality of the fabric, print, badges and any natural signs of wear that come with age.
Most pieces we sell are vintage or pre-owned, meaning small signs of age can be part of their character.
Our condition guide
10/10 - Brand New with Tags
Outstanding condition with no noticeable flaws. Tags may or may not be present, but the item shows little to no sign of wear.
9/10 - Mint
Very strong vintage condition. May show the lightest signs of storage or previous wear, but nothing that distracts from the item overall.
8/10 - Excellent
A well-kept piece with minor signs of age or use. This could include light bobbling, slight fading or very small marks, but it still presents really well.
7/10 - Very Good
Noticeable wear consistent with age. This may include moderate fading, small pulls, bobbling, minor cracking to print or a small mark.
6/10 and below - Good with Noticeable Signs of Wear
More obvious signs of wear or ageing. This might include heavier fading, marks, pulls, print wear or repairs.
Any notable flaws will always be highlighted in the product description and imagery.
