Excellent condition. Club crest, star detailing and Adidas logo are embroidered. Club sponsor and player name/number are PolyFlex and heat applied. Front sponsor may have small signs of wear and cracking. No pulls or bobbles. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

The 2012/13 season marked a changing of the guard for Milan with a host of veterans,  including Nesta, Inzaghi, Gattuso, Zambrotta, van Bommel, and Seedorf, leaving the club at the end of the previous season. Thiago Silva, Ibrahimović, Cassano and Pato also left and these wholesale changes caused Milan to struggle the following year.

All of these players wore the shirt in the final home game of the 11/12 season as the Rossoneri won 2-1 with Pippo Inzaghi scoring a late winner to rollback the years in his final appearance for the club.
