Getting to San Siro from The Soccer Archive Milano
The simplest public-transport route from our store uses Vetra M4, San Babila M1, Lotto and San Siro Stadio M5. Club Brugge supporters in the official away section will be in the Third Blue, for which Inter's 2026/27 stadium layout makes Entrance 15 bis mandatory and exclusive. Allow extra time for ticket/ID checks, security screening and crowd routing.
Ticinese → Vetra M4 → San Babila → Lotto → San Siro Stadio
Approx. 35-45 mins from our store, plus matchday queues
ATM Mi1-Mi3 fare: €2.20 for 90 minutes; contactless payment is accepted
- From our store at Corso di Porta Ticinese, 62, walk to Vetra (M4).
- Take M4 to San Babila. Touch out and back in when changing lines, using the same ticket/card/device.
- Take M1 towards Rho Fieramilano to Lotto, then change to M5 towards San Siro Stadio.
- From San Siro Stadio, follow steward/police instructions for the Third Blue away section and mandatory Entrance 15 bis.
M4 → San Babila → M1 to Lotto, then walk
Useful if M5 is particularly busy
Lotto M1 is around a 15-minute walk from San Siro
- Follow the same route from Vetra M4 to San Babila, then take M1 towards Rho Fieramilano.
- Alight at Lotto M1 instead of changing to M5.
- Walk towards San Siro, remembering that pedestrian access along Via dei Piccolomini is closed under the 2026/27 stadium layout.
- Continue to the Third Blue / Entrance 15 bis approach and follow steward and police instructions.
Follow Club Brugge ticket and supporter instructions
Fixture-specific meeting-point / coach information is not yet published
Do not rely on older San Siro away-gate information
- Club Brugge states generally that away-match tickets are distributed through its supporters' federation and are normally combined with bus transport.
- As of 5 October 2026, no fixture-specific Club Brugge meeting point, coach drop-off, ticket-collection point or dedicated shuttle arrangement for this match has been published on the official sources checked.
- If Club Brugge or local authorities publish dedicated instructions before travel, follow those arrangements instead of generic Metro advice.
- Inter recommends public transport because parking around San Siro has been reduced for 2026/27.
Returning to central Milano
Use San Siro Stadio M5 or Lotto M1/M5 after the final whistle
Check ATM on matchday for any fixture-specific late-running arrangements
- Segesta and San Siro Ippodromo M5 close around the end of San Siro matches by police order.
- Use San Siro Stadio M5 or Lotto M1/M5; expect queues and crowd controls.
- At Lotto, the direct M1-M5 interchange corridor may close. If directed outside, exit and re-enter with the same valid ticket/card.
- Lines 16, 49, 64, 78/Q78 and 80 are diverted on San Siro matchdays. As of 5 October 2026, no Club Brugge-specific late-Metro timetable has been published.
Travel Tips for Club Brugge Supporters Staying in Milano
Arriving from Malpensa Airport
The Malpensa Express connects Malpensa with Milano Cadorna and Milano Centrale. Cadorna is convenient for San Siro: take M1 towards Rho Fieramilano to Lotto, then either change to M5 for San Siro Stadio or walk from Lotto.
Arriving from Bergamo Airport (Orio al Serio)
Direct airport coaches run to Milano Centrale, including Autostradale, Flibco, Orioshuttle and Terravision. From Centrale, take M2 to Garibaldi and change to M5 for San Siro Stadio.
Arriving from Linate Airport
Linate has a direct M4 Metro connection. For our store, alight at Vetra. For San Siro, continue to San Babila, change to M1 towards Rho Fieramilano, then use Lotto for the M5 connection to San Siro Stadio.
Travelling from Belgium by rail
Rail can be an alternative to flying, but there is no simple direct Bruges-to-Milano service. Journeys normally require multiple international changes, so check live European rail itineraries before booking and allow generous connection time.
Buying Milano public transport tickets
An ATM Mi1-Mi3 ticket costs €2.20 and is valid for 90 minutes. Contactless bank cards, phones and smartwatches can be used across the Metro, buses and trams. Use the same card or device throughout; on M4 interchanges such as San Babila you may need to touch out and back in.
Allow extra time for the new San Siro access layout
San Siro's external access routes changed for 2026/27. For the Third Blue away section, Entrance 15 bis is mandatory and exclusive. Follow the entrance on your ticket and the instructions of stewards and police.
Plan the post-match route before kick-off
ATM closes Segesta and San Siro Ippodromo around the end of matches. After the final whistle, use San Siro Stadio or Lotto and expect queues. Check ATM on the day for any late-running or fixture-specific arrangements.
Taxi apps
Licensed taxis can be booked through Freenow. Immediately after the match, road restrictions and heavy demand around San Siro can make taxis slower than the Metro, so arrange a pickup away from the stadium perimeter if needed.
Matchday Tips - San Siro
A few quick pointers to keep the journey smooth and the experience stress-free on the day of the game.
Arrive Early
Kick-off is 21:00 CEST on Tuesday 13 October. San Siro has a new external access layout for 2026/27, so leave extra time for crowd routing, ticket/ID checks and security screening.
Use the Official Club Brugge Away Ticket
Club Brugge's general policy says away tickets are distributed through its supporters' federation and normally paired with bus transport. Fixture-specific sale/allocation details have not yet been published on the official sources checked.
Carry Photo ID
Inter requires a valid identity document to be shown with the ticket at pre-entry checks so staff can verify the named ticket holder. Keep your ticket and photo ID readily available.
Travel Light
Smoking is prohibited. Inter also prohibits large umbrellas, lighters, lasers, flares, unauthorised flags/banners, helmets, pushchairs, trolleys and professional photographic equipment. Small unpointed umbrellas are allowed in rain.
Use Entrance 15 bis
Inter's 2026/27 layout makes Entrance 15 bis mandatory and exclusive for the Third Blue away section. Older San Siro away-gate guidance is no longer valid.
Use San Siro Stadio or Lotto Afterwards
ATM closes Segesta and San Siro Ippodromo around the end of matches. Use San Siro Stadio M5 or Lotto M1/M5 for the return into central Milano and expect queues.
Matchday operations can change at short notice. As of 5 October 2026, no Club Brugge-specific meeting point, dedicated shuttle, ticket-collection arrangement or late-Metro timetable has been published on the official sources checked. Check Club Brugge, Inter, UEFA and ATM updates again before travelling.
