Very good condition. Club crest is flock and embossed. Manufacturer logo, club sponsors and player name/number are all PolyFlex and heat applied. Minimal cracking to front sponsor and manufacture sleeve logos. No pulls or bobbles. League sleeve patch is flock and heat applied. Colours and stitching are in excellent condition.

Worn as Empoli finished 17th in Serie A in 2003/04 and were relegated, 4 points from safety. Striker Tommaso Rocchi was the teams top scorer with 11 goals.
