Worn across 2 seasons as the club's away kit. 1997/98 saw Stuttgart claim 4th spot after a competitive race for the European qualifying places. In 1998/99, the team were eliminated from the UEFA Cup in the 2nd round after a 4-3 aggregate defeat after extra time.
