The 2013/14 season was Cardiff City's 1st season in the Premier League, and their first in the top division of English football since the early 60's. It wasn't going to be an easy season for the Bluebirds as they battled against relegation all season.

Malky Mackay was replaced by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in January but the new manager couldn't turn the ship around as the club finished 20th, making an immediate return to the Championship.
