Excellent condition. Federation crests are flock and Puma logos are rubber, all are heat applied. Name/number is PolyFlex and also heat applied. No pulls or bobbles. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

Worn as Poland qualified and participated in the Euro 2008 tournament. They were unable to qualify for the knockout phases, scoring just once and only registering a single point in the group stage.
