- Team Management: Recruit, train and motivate a team of retail associates, fostering a culture of enthusiasm, expertise and customer-centric service.

- Sales & Targets: Drive store performance through strategic sales initiatives, KPI monitoring and innovative promotions to exceed revenue goals.

- Inventory Control: Oversee stock management, including ordering, replenishment, and audits, ensuring a curated collection of rare vintage shirts.

- Customer Experience: Deliver personalised service, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships with collectors, fans, and new customers.

- Event Coordination: Organise in-store events (e.g., product launches, meet-ups with football legends) to boost engagement and community ties.

- Social Media: Work closely with our Social Media Manager and on-site creatives to create and supply quality content.

- Market Insight: Stay ahead of vintage fashion and football culture trends to inform buying decisions and merchandising strategies.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 3+ years in retail, either in a management or supervision role, ideally in fashion, sports retail, or vintage/luxury goods.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire teams, manage schedules and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Sales-Driven Mindset: Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and implementing successful retail strategies.

- Football Passion: Deep knowledge of football history, clubs, and players - bonus points if you’re a collector or enthusiast.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, the Google Workspace suite and visual merchandising principles.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to work weekends, matchdays, and peak retail periods.

What We Offer:

- Competitive Salary + performance-based bonuses.

- Generous Staff Discount on our iconic collection.
