Worn during 2020/21 which saw West Brom start the season under Slaven Bilic before he was replaced in mid-December by Sam Allardyce with the team in 19th place. 

The new manager was unable to take the away from the relegation zone and they were sent back down after just a single season. The Baggies relegation equalled the record of 5 Premier League relegations and was the first time that a team managed by Sam Allardyce had been relegated from the top flight.
