Excellent condition. Club crest, Umbro logo and player name/number are flock and heat applied. Few small bobbles to lower front. Colours and stitching are in excellent condition.

In 1989/90, Sheffield United were promoted for the 2nd consecutive season to Division 1 after finishing 2nd and only missing out on the Division 2 title on goal difference.

In 1990/91, it seemed the First Division was a bridge too far, with the club going 16 matches without a win at the start of the season, leaving the club bottom of the division on Christmas Day with only 4 points. However, a run of 7 straight victories from the turn of the year lifted the club from 20th to 12th to ensure United's survival in 13th, 12 points clear of relegation.
