Very good condition. Federation crests are flock and heat applied. Puma logos are plastic and heat applied. Player name/number are PolyFlex and also heat applied. Various small bobbles to front of shirt, one internal pull to lower front (approx 5cm). Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

Worn as Poland qualified and participated in the Euro 2008 tournament. They were unable to qualify for the knockout phases, scoring just once and only registered a single point in the group stage.
