Very good condition. Club crest and player name/number are flock, club sponsor is Polyflex and all are heat applied. Sponsor has some cracking and overall wear. No bobbles or pulls. Colours and stitching in excellent condition. 

Worn during the 2006/07 season as the club finished 6th in the Premier League under David Moyes, securing UEFA Cup football for the following season. Andy Johnson was the club's top goalscorer with 12 goals across all competitions.
