WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS 1992-94 AWAY SHIRT - L
GRADE
DESCRIPTION
Very good condition. Club crest, manufacturer logos and club sponsor are flock and embossed, damage to 'A' of sponsor. No pulls, few small bobbles across front of shirt. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.
Worn across 2 season, 1992/93 saw Wolves undefeated up until late October, making it their best start to a campaign in over 40 years. However, they were unable to maintain consistency and ended the season in 11th place.
1993/94 was much of the same for the team and manager Graham Turner resigned in March 1994 to end his 7½-year reign with the team sitting in 13th place. Graham Taylor was appointed as his replacement but the team were unable to improve enough to reach the play-offs, finishing in 8th place.
