Excellent condition. Club logo, detailing and Nike swoosh are embroidered. La Liga sleeve patch is an embroidered patch and stitched onto shirt. Front sponsor is flock and rear club sponsor and player name/number are PolyFlex, all are heat applied. No pulls or bobbles, small marks to lower front of shirt. Stitching and colours in excellent condition.

A mixed season saw Valencia start with Quique Sánchez Flores as coach but after some poor performances he was replaced by Ronald Koeman. The new manager was unable to improve the squad and was criticized for his team selections.

Despite lifting the Copa del Rey, just 5 days earlier, Koeman was sacked and replaced by Voro who oversaw 4 wins in 5 games to finish 10th in La Liga. David Villa was the team's top scorer with 22 goals in all competitions.
