Club sponsors, Coccarda patch and player name/number are PolyFlex and Serie A sleeve patch are rubber, all are heat applied. No bobbles, one small pull to lower front. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

2021/22 saw the return of Max Allegri as coach after 2 years after the Old Lady finished 4th the previous season. He was unable to deliver a league title as they once again finished 4th and missed out of the Coppa Italia after losing the final 4–2 in extra time.

It would be the first season in 10 years the club would finish without a trophy. Paulo Dybala ended the season as the club's top scorer with 15 goals in all competitions.
