Created for the club's inaugural season in 2018, this classy black and gold number saw the team finish 5th overall in the league before being eliminated in the knockout stages of the play-offs.

Carried over to the 2019 season, the team kicked into another gear, finishing 1st to secure the regular season Supporters' Shield as champions. In the play-offs, they reached Western Conference final before being beaten 3-1. Forward Carlos Vela scored 38 goals in all competitions.
