Very good condition. Club rest is embroidered Umbro logo, club sponsor and shirt design elements are all sublimated. Player name/number are flock and heat applied. No pulls, few small bobbles and marks to front of shirt. Burn hole to lower left side of shirt, approx 3cm. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

Following promotion back to the top flight, Forest finished in 3rd place in 1994/95, which is the highest a newly promoted club has ever achieved in the Premier League. 

This secured European football for the following season and the team reached the Quarter Finals of the 1995/96 UEFA Cup before they were eliminated after a 7-2 aggregate defeat.
