Excellent condition. Federation crest and star detailing are embroidered. Chest and sleeve manufacturer logos are flock and heat applied. Player name and number are PolyFlex and heat applied. No pulls, few small bobbles across front of shirt. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

Italy wore this shirt at Euro 2004 where they were eliminated in the group stage. After 3 teams in the group all finished with 5 points, with each team having 1 victory but drawing their 2 other games.

Due to all 3 teams being level on points and results against each other being draws a result of 2-2 draw between the other 2 teams in the last group game, would see Italy eliminated. An 89th minute Swedish equalizer saw the result achieved and Italy were controversially eliminated having scored the fewest goals of the 3 teams.
