Very good condition. Club crest and manufacturer logo are embroidered. Club sponsor is Polyflex, player name/number is flock and both are heat applied. Some wear and cracking to club sponsor. No pulls, few small bobbles to lower front and one small hole to upper chest. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

2004/05 saw the Blues finish 12th under Steve Bruce with Emile Heskey as the team's top scorer with 11 goals in all competitions.
