2021/22 saw Brentford take part in the Premier League for the first time in their history. The Bees secured promotion to the top flight following a 2–0 victory in the play-off final at Wembley the previous season.

This shirt design was worn across 2 season, as Thomas Frank led the club to a 13th and then 9th placed finishes in the league. Ivan Toney led the line for the team, scoring 32 goals across both campaigns.
