Excellent condition. Club crest and Adidas logo are embroidered. Club sponsor is flock and embossed. Rear club lettering and player name/number are PolyFlex and heat applied. No bobbles, one small internal pull to left chest. Inner size label has been removed. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

2001/02 saw Schalke 04 finish 5th in a disappointing end to the Bundesliga season and were unable to make it past the group stage in the Champions League. The team did however manage to retain their DFB-Pokal title with a 4-2 victory in the final.

2002/03 saw Frank Neubarth replace Huub Stevens however he didn't last long and he was sacked after a poor start to the season, replaced by captain Marc Wilmots. A 7th placed finish with no notable progress in either cup competition capped a disappointing season for the miners.
