Excellent condition. Club crest is embroidered. Club sponsor and Puma logos are flock and embossed. Player name/number are flock and heat applied. No pulls or bobbles, two small holes to upper rear of shirt, just above name. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

Following successive top 10 finishes, the Rams were expected to push of for potential European qualification under Jim Smith. The reality however was a struggle to maintain their top-flight status with 16th and 17th placed finishes whilst wearing this shirt.

The highlight of the 2000/01 season was a shock 1–0 win over the champions at Old Trafford which saw Derby stay up for another year.
