BARCELONA 2005-06 HOME SHIRT - MESSI 19 - 2XL

Very good condition. Club crest is an embroidered patch and heat applied. Nike Swoosh is embroidered. Player name/number are PolyFlex and heat applied. La Liga sleeve badge is embroidered patch. Few small pulls to front of shirt and one small hole to lower right side close to hem. Colours and stitching are excellent.  

After ending their 6 year wait for a trophy in 2004/05, Barcelona truly pushed on and dominated in 2005/06 successfully retaining the La Liga title, as well as winning the Champions League and Spanish Super Cup. 

The season also saw the debut of Lionel Messi, starting the teenager on the path to becoming one of the greatest players of all time. Messi began the season as a member of the Barcelona B team, wearing number 30 but during the season, he was promoted to the first team and given the number 19.
