Excellent condition. Club crest, club sponsor and rear number/club lettering are flock and heat applied. Chest manufacturer logo is embroidered and sleeve logos are sublimated. No pulls or bobbles. Colours and stitching are in excellent condition.

2000/01 was a difficult season for Mainz as they had 4 different managers as they struggled for form. Under the management of Jurgen Klopp, who took over in Ferburary 2001 the team managed to survive relegation by just 3 points.

2001/02 was much better under the new manager as he steered them team to a 4th placed finish, only just missing out on the promotion places by a single point.
