This design, based in the infamous Nike Total 90 template was actually worn across 2 seasons by Basel under Christian Gross. The team retained their Swiss Super League title in 2004/05 thanks to Christian Giménez who led the scoring charts with 27 goals in all competitions.

The in-form striker left at the start of the 2005/06 season and the team were unable to secure their 3rd consecutive title as they finished 2nd, only just missing out on goal difference.
