Excellent état. L'écusson du club et les logos de l'équipementier sont brodés. Le sponsor est floqué et en relief. Le nom et le numéro du joueur sont en PolyFlex thermocollés. Pas de fils tirés, très légères bouloches sur le bas du devant du maillot. Les couleurs et les coutures sont en excellent état.
Porté par Chelsea lors de la saison 2000/01, exercice au cours duquel Claudio Ranieri a remplacé Gianluca Vialli au poste d'entraîneur en septembre 2000.
Les Blues ont finalement terminé sixièmes de la Premier League, se qualifiant pour la Coupe UEFA, tandis que Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink a connu une première saison impressionnante après son arrivée en provenance de l'Atlético Madrid. L'attaquant néerlandais a inscrit 23 buts en championnat pour remporter le Soulier d'or de Premier League, terminant avec 26 buts toutes compétitions confondues.
La saison a également été marquée par la grave blessure à la jambe subie par Roberto Di Matteo en septembre 2000. Le milieu de terrain ne fera plus aucune apparition en match officiel pour Chelsea et annoncera finalement sa retraite en février 2002.

7/10 - Very Good
Noticeable wear consistent with age. This may include moderate fading, small pulls, bobbling, minor cracking to print or a small mark.
6/10 and below - Good with Noticeable Signs of Wear
More obvious signs of wear or ageing. This might include heavier fading, marks, pulls, print wear or repairs.
