Very good condition. Club crest is embroidered. Club sponsors, shirt design elements, La Liga sleeve patch and manufacturer logos are all sublimated. Puma chest logo is flock and embossed with small amount of wear and cracking. No pulls, various small bobbles across front of shirt. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

After finishing 4th in La Liga in 2005/06, Espanyol entered the UEFA Cup for the first time in almost 10 years in 1996/97 reaching the second round, also finishing 12th in La Liga.

1997/98 saw the team improve their league position by finishing 10th, striker Juan Esnáider was the teams top goal scorer with 15 goals in all competitions.
