Worn across 2 seasons, this shirt is believed to be issued either as part of a pre-season friendly or as part a reserve team fixture. 2001/02 wasn't a successful season for Forest as they finished 16th in Division 1 under Paul Hart although they did improve in 2002/03 as the qualified for the play-offs before being beaten in the semi-finals.
