Very good condition. Club crest and Kappa chest logos is embroidered. Club sponsor, Kappa sleeve logos and shirt design elements are all sublimated. Few small internal pulls across both sides of shirt, no bobbling. Colours and stitching in excellent condition.

Under a new kit partnership with Kappa, the club introduced a new badge after ending a 63-year association with previous manufacturer Umbro. On the pitch, the team started the season poorly which was a sign of things to come.

Manager Frank Clark was sacked in mid-February and replaced with Joe Royle and initial a run of 3 wins out of 4 seemed to get things back on track for City. However, the club's form slumped again, losing to all of their relegation rivals making survival even more difficult. Relegation was confirmed on the last day of the season by a single point, sending City into the third tier for the first time in their history.
