Match issue Ireland home shirt, issued to Andy Townsend as part of an international friendly fixture between Holland and Ireland on 20th April 1994 in Tilburg, Holland. The midfielder started the game for Ireland and but chose to wear a short sleeved shirt for the game. Ireland went on to win the game 1-0.

This version of the shirt has the player issue features which differ from the replica versions, including correct sized flock player number on rear and embroidered federation crest.
