Good condition. Club crest and sponsors are flock and heat applied. Manufacturer logo and shirt design elements are sublimated. Various bobbles across shirt, two internal pulls and one small hole to right front of shirt. Colours and stitching are in excellent condition.

1997/98 saw Luciano Spalletti's Empoli competing in Serie A for just the 3rd time in their history. The club finished a respectable 12th place in a league where many expected them to be favorites for relegation. Carmine Esposito was the clubs top scorer with 16 goals.
