As worn at the Euro 2000 tournament where France built on their previous World Cup performance and won the championship. After finishing 2nd in their group, the team needed golden goal victories in the semi finals and final to lift the trophy. 

Zidane won the player of tournament as well as appearing in the team of the tournament with 6 of his teammates as the French truly dominated.
