Barcelona enjoyed another outstanding campaign during 2009/10 under Pep Guardiola, retaining the La Liga championship and completing an unprecedented collection of six major trophies during the 2009 calendar year.
Having won the historic treble of La Liga, the Copa del Rey and the UEFA Champions League in 2008/09, Barcelona entered the new season determined to maintain their dominance. The squad featured influential players including Lionel Messi, Xavi, Andrés Iniesta, Carles Puyol, Gerard Piqué, Sergio Busquets and Dani Alves, alongside summer arrival Zlatan Ibrahimović.
Barcelona began the campaign by winning the Supercopa de España against Athletic Club before defeating Shakhtar Donetsk 1–0 in the UEFA Super Cup, with Pedro scoring the winning goal in extra time. Further success followed in December when Barcelona defeated Estudiantes 2–1 after extra time in the FIFA Club World Cup final. Messi scored the decisive goal, completing an unprecedented six-trophy calendar year.
Domestically, Guardiola's side continued to demonstrate their technical quality and possession-based approach, competing closely with Real Madrid throughout the La Liga campaign. Barcelona secured a memorable 2–0 victory at the Santiago Bernabéu in April 2010, with Messi and Pedro scoring to strengthen their position in the title race.
The Catalan club eventually finished as La Liga champions with a record 99 points, three ahead of Real Madrid. Barcelona recorded 31 league victories, scored 98 goals and suffered just one defeat across the 38-match campaign.
Messi enjoyed another exceptional season, scoring 34 league goals to win the Pichichi Trophy and European Golden Shoe. The Argentine finished with 47 goals across all competitions, matching Ronaldo's club record for a single campaign at the time.
Messi also received the 2009 Ballon d'Or, the first of his record eight awards, recognising his outstanding performances during Barcelona's historic year.
In the Champions League, Barcelona reached the semi-finals before being eliminated 3–2 on aggregate by eventual winners Inter Milan. Although the club was unable to retain its European title, the campaign delivered another La Liga championship and completed one of the most successful periods in football history.
Produced by Nike, the 2009/10 Barcelona kids home shirt featured the club's traditional red-and-blue vertical stripes, complemented by contrasting yellow detailing around the V-neck collar and sleeves. The design incorporated the Barcelona crest, Nike branding and the UNICEF sponsor, retaining the club's established identity during Guardiola's trophy-winning era.
Worn by Messi, Xavi, Iniesta and Puyol during a campaign that included a record-breaking 99-point league championship and the completion of Barcelona's historic six-trophy year, the shirt represents one of the most celebrated periods in the club's history.

Condition
Each item is individually inspected and graded by our team to ensure an accurate representation of its condition.
Every item at The Soccer Archive is individually assessed and graded on our condition scale out of 10. This rating takes into account the overall quality of the fabric, print, badges and any natural signs of wear that come with age.
Most pieces we sell are vintage or pre-owned, meaning small signs of age can be part of their character.
Our condition guide
10/10 - Brand New with Tags
Outstanding condition with no noticeable flaws. Tags may or may not be present, but the item shows little to no sign of wear.
9/10 - Mint
Very strong vintage condition. May show the lightest signs of storage or previous wear, but nothing that distracts from the item overall.
8/10 - Excellent
A well-kept piece with minor signs of age or use. This could include light bobbling, slight fading or very small marks, but it still presents really well.
7/10 - Very Good
Noticeable wear consistent with age. This may include moderate fading, small pulls, bobbling, minor cracking to print or a small mark.
6/10 and below - Good with Noticeable Signs of Wear
More obvious signs of wear or ageing. This might include heavier fading, marks, pulls, print wear or repairs.
Any notable flaws will always be highlighted in the product description and imagery.
